Hi,
Hope you are doing well!
So your question is actually what is the best weight loss diet? There are multiple factors to consider for this word best diet for fast weight loss.
The factors to consider, i can think of are:
  1. Best diet for fast weight loss should be low in calorie. (As per the famous math calculation, Calorie In should be less than or equal to calorie out)
  2. Best diet for fast weight loss should be easily available to you.(Knowing the fact that different geographical location has different food environment).
  3. Best diet for fast weight loss should not interfere with any existing medical  conditions. (No one should worry about the side effects of the diet after being followed)
  4. Best diet for fast weight loss should counter attack the cause of the weight gains. (If the diet is fundamentally not treating the root cause of weight gain, it will not be effective in a long run.)
  5. Best diet for fast weight loss should not drain your energy to make you feel weak and tired.(When you are targeting diet for fat loss, it should not take away your muscle mass).
You can come up with some more factors too which i could not think of now. Let me describe the findings for each factors  and then i can suggest the Best diet for fast weight loss i know.
Challenges to the factors:
  1. Should be low in calorie: Calorie in Calorie out equation not entirely true.
1000 calorie from Oil is not the same as 1000 calorie from vegetables. So even if you are capable of throwing out those 1000 calories out of your body, you can not throw out the impact it does while inside.
Relevance obesity in 1985 and 2010 are 30 million and 360 million respectively. So the dogma that "calorie is a calorie" and we eat too much calories and exercise too little is not true. There is not much of increase in calories compared to the huge increase in diabetes/Obesity rate. So calorie has not increased much with time.
2. Should be easily available to you: It is very difficult to find a global  weight loss diet that works for all.
Our biological individuality allows one person to thrive on one diet that is terrible for someone else. Following a diet plan designed by someone whose genetic makeup and nutritional needs are different from our own cannot restore our inner knowing of what is best for us.
3. Should not interfere with any existing medical  conditions. When someone designs a weight loss diet, considering different medical challenges each of has, is very difficult.
4.  Should counter attack the cause of the weight gains. This is possible but i have not come across one such diet yet.
As far as your body is concerned, permanent change is more likely to happen gradually rather than through severe, austere diets. I don't think it is very hard to call out the food which are main culprit to your weight gain/ill health and then dropping  them slowly. Once you make the healthy food choices and life style, weight loss will be a wonderful side effect.
5. Should not drain your energy to make you feel weak and tired. Low calorie diet create more issues than solving one.
The fact is-"caloric deprivation is unsustainable." You might never know or ignore the symptoms of caloric deprivation which are like- depression, lethargic, irritable, throwing tantrums, losing libido, obsessive thinking about food day and night, post-starvation weight gain, and so on…but still continuing with it for some time.
As an International Certified health Coach, my prospective on Best diet for fast weight loss i know:

No diet in the history of world has ever worked more than ~2% of entire world population. Most of the fad diet plans marketed for weight loss including Atkins, Paleo, South Beach, Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, and many more. You can give best efforts to follow each of those diets, and usually would be able to lose some weight.
What each of these plans misses is that we are all different. Our biological individuality allows one person to thrive on one diet that is terrible for someone else. Following a diet plan designed by someone whose genetic makeup and nutritional needs are different from our own cannot restore our inner knowing of what is best for us. Every individual health need is different as there is no predetermined rules. As everyone is different so does their relationships, career fulfillment, spiritual practice, exercise routine and life style which are even more important than to the daily diet.
